1) Coach Week-All teams who have a coach that is in his walk year or a coach that has since been fired in the NHL will have to get new ones. These will be bid on much like FAs from the garbage pile. All coach re-rates kick in here.

2) Qualifying Week-All teams present qualifying offers to their RFAs and sign those players they have which don't qualify yet for free agency. This will also be when teams name the players they slap with the Franchise Player Tag.

3) Priority Week-From those players that are added to the FA pool whether UFA or RFA each team will submit a list of players (unless a less intrusive method can be divised) of the top 20 players they will bid on.

4)Entry Draft-And all that entails.

5)Free Agency Opens-Players will be auctioned off by priority. Once the 10th player has been signed by whomever, we will do a second priority list and go from that one. Ditto at 20 until the frenzied mobs of multi-millionaires run out of money to spend:). After the last of the Free Agents is bid on and signed Compensatory Sandwich Picks wil be assigned for the next Entry Draft. Garbage Pile signing freeze during this period.

6) Ticket Prices and Stadium Alterations-GMs will forward ticket price increase/decrease and seating increases or stadium ground -breakings to the GWHL Building Commisioner at this time.
